This bust was designed to print completely support free and also is able to be rescaled to any scale your printer can handle and will retain the detail, even up to 1:1 scale.
Infill is really optional, I have printed this with 0% infill and 3 shells/perimeters at 0.2mm and it was perfect - its going to come down to how long you want the print to be versus how heavy and how much plastic.
Sample print in Blue was printed at 10cm high on an uncalibrated ender 3 at 0.2mm layer height. An SLA machine would of course take advantage of the finer details better however as you can see even a normal $200 FDM printer fresh out of the box managed to retain the pitting in the fabric inbetween the webbing at 10cm high).
