I can not confirm anything, however, a new Keygen called something like "RAD Studio NEW CRACK 16 / Mar / 2018" appeared on the site Dowloadly.ir that AVG 2018 detects with Win: Malware and then sends it to quarantine.



I have not yet used it, however, in a test on a VM, it apparently runs normally showing a screen equal to the Keygen already known for version XE10.2.2 / 10.2.3, but it creates a".json" file in the same folder where it is executed and has the following content.



Anyway, I'm using the old Keygen "Keygen XE10.2.3 build 2631"

When in doubt, better not to doubt!



READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE ANY USE:



This new executable, in AVG 2018 show as Win: Malware! But in AVG 2016, this alert is not showing!



Now, we have one new option, called: "Rad Studio 10.2 Tokyo Update3"



My test in 19 / May / 2018:

Using AVG 2016, I run it and nothing was shown about "ALERT" virus or malware!



This new crack, when executed create a new file in the same folder, filename: "RadStudioVersion.json" with following content:



JSON file create for NEW CRACK: RadStudioVersion.json | openload



That way, AVG 2018 can understand this file created in ".json" can be some "malware" type.

BUT NOT CONFIRMED, OK?

Use it for you "FOR OWN RISK", like me!

RAD Server offers automatic migration of its database. The version in 10.3 can successfully migrate the database from 10.2.3, but not from older versions, limiting the migration of existing projects (in development or already deployed). This patch fixes the problem, allowing automatic migration from older versions of the database in the RAD Server (EMS) Upgrade Wizard.



This patch only applies to Enterprise and Architect edition users.

You can run RAD Studio on the following versions of Windows:

and the Distiller for xe10.3 is clean!
not any alert by Kaspersky IS 2019 updated and original license 2019


for me none problem!
the Distiller just mark "what" bpl you want load in your IDE nothing more

I wasn't doubting the archive, I know it is clean, I was just warning that the site openload.co is considered dangerous and malformed by Malwarebytes as it is trying to push a trojan and it has malformed https which stops a secure connection being made. Thanks for the mirrors. Openload is still OOB from here and I would advise caution with it. I repeat, your archive is fine, I am not doubting it.

This patch addresses a number of issues in the C++ toolchain in C++Builder 10.3, including compiler issues and RTL/STL issues.

Details:

• This hotfixes addresses a number of issues, including:
• Compiler version numbers and version macros were incorrect
• Batch compilation is now fully functional
• A number of issues with chrono::steady_clock
• An issue with ANSI-encoded files that contained characters with a byte value > 127
• Some RTL issues, including _seek (affecting zlib) and operator new() and delete() using std::align_val_t
• An issue between the memory size reserved for long double variables, which also affected debugger evaluation
• __declspec(dllimport) variables are allowed as a constant initializer
• An ICE error with some specific code patterns
• FireMonkey apps targeting Android used the wrong version of linkdfm*.dll
• Some compilation speed improvements for specific code patterns
• This does not include localized versions of the compiler. After you apply this hotfix, all compiler warning and error messages will be in English. Do not change the RAD Studio langage after applying this hotfix. If you do, please re-apply the hotfix.
