If you forgot your password, you will not be able to access data stored on secure partition or remove this partition to use entire drive capacity. To reset Flash Drive password download and install Canyon EZ Recovery utility (EZ_Recover_CANYON_2570.zip,
http://www.canyon-tech.com/files/Canyon/USB-Flash/Plastic/EZ_Recover_CANYON_2570.zip) reboot as prompted and follow this procedure:
Start EZ Recovery utility
Plug USB flash device into USB port and press Recover button
Wait until process completes (it is possible that error message will be displayed at the end, ignore it and continue)A
Unplug the device and plug it back again as prompted
Start USB Flash Tools, leave password field empty and press OK
Press “Format” button and wait until process completes
Exit from service utility and use your USB Flash drive normally
In certain conditions which are difficult to reproduce, USB Flash drive may suddenly stop working properly and begin to present itself to Windows XP as “Security device”, prompting for drivers which are not normally required. It is possible to restore drive’s functionality, but unfortunately any existing information on it will be lost.
Here is the recovery procedure:
Download Canyon EZ Recovery utility (

К сожалению, по-русски ничего нет.
А diskedit пробовал? У него есть опция редактирования неформатированных дисков. Можно прямо партицию и ее аттрибуты переписать.
