RESTfull server

We are busy to build a restfull server with delphi XE10.2.
First biggest problem is to choose the right components for it.
Pleas some suggestions which server components tu use, and what are there good and bad parts.

But what are the pros and cons of this one? I have never used Webbroker.

I have never used it, is it suitable for 300 concurent connections?
