Сделан русификатор для UltraEdit-32 12.00+3
Забрать можно отсюда:

Само обновление можно получить только скачав hotfix.
 
Качаем версию 12.00a

А хотфиксы к 12.00 кумулятивные? Или надо оба брать и по очереди накатывать?
 
rvr хотфикс состоит из exe-шника и dll-ки, так что качается всегда последняя версия. Главное не накатить хот-фикс от старой версии на новую. Как например могло случится при появлении 12.00а, правда счас уже вроде должен лежать 12.00а+1, но т.к. у меня веник в ремонте, то русик придется немного подождать. тем более что многие наработки были безвозратно потеряны. :(

Обновленную программу версии 12.00а+1 можно скачать как в виде хотфикса так и виде инсталляции по ранее приведенным ссылкам.
 
Забыл добавить - вышла новая версия 12.10, лекарство подходит старое.

Не успел выйти релиз как сделали hotfix
Встречаем UltraEdit-32 12.10+1
Доступен как в инсталляции так и в виде hotfix.

Ну и русификатор к версии UltraEdit-32 12.10+1

По просьбе сделал маленький комбайн. Его возможности:
1. Русификация UltraEdit-32 12.10+1;
2. Конвертация UltraCompare Lite 3.10 (которая входит в комплект UE 1210+1) до версии UltraCompare Full 4.00+1 и ее русификация;
3. Регистрация UltraCompare 4.00+1;
4. Регистрация UltraEdit-32 12.10+1.
